What we collect when you ask for quotes, where it goes, and what we will never do with it. Written in plain words, because a privacy page nobody can read protects nobody.

what we collect
The form
The only information we ask for is what an advisor needs to get you quotes and reach you about them.
where it goes
Who sees it
That is the path. The form and the phone number are both ways of reaching the advisor team, because arranging the quotes is the service. If you would rather that did not happen, the answer is not to submit the form or call the number. For a question, write to the mailing address at the bottom of this page instead.
the phone
Calls are recorded
The number on this site is a tracked line. Calls to it are recorded, and you hear an announcement saying so at the start of the call. The recording is used to make sure your request was understood and handled.
the emails
Links carry tracking codes
Links in our campaign emails carry codes that tell us which email you clicked, and which audience it went to. A link may pass through the click measurement built into the email platform (Engage) on the way, which records the click before sending you on to this site. If you then submit the form, those codes are stored with your request, along with the page or search that referred you, so we can tell which message actually produced it.
the site
How we count visits
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages get read. Google sets a cookie on your browser so that the pages you open in one visit are counted as one visit rather than several. On its standard settings it records which pages were opened, how long a visit lasted, roughly where in the world the request came from, and which browser, operating system and kind of device was used. It also records some ordinary interactions by itself, without us adding anything. We use it to measure traffic. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not sell what it collects.
The site also uses Vercel Analytics, which counts the same visits a second way. Vercel states that it uses no third party cookies for this, and that a visit is identified by a code made from the request itself, which is discarded after twenty four hours. Vercel lists what a recorded page view carries: the time, the page address, the page that referred you, a rough location, and your operating system, browser and device type. It is not used to follow you to other websites.
On top of what those two record by themselves, we added five counts of our own: somebody began filling in the quote form, somebody sent it, somebody tapped the phone number, somebody clicked a button that leads to the form, and somebody read to the foot of a page.
None of those five carry your name, your email address or your phone number. We do not send anything you type into the form to either analytics tool. The one exception is the kind of service you picked, which travels with the count of a sent form and nothing else. What the form itself collects, and where it goes, is listed at the top of this page.
what we never do
Our side of it
- We never sell your information. Not to a list broker, not to an advertiser, not to anybody.
- We do not use it to advertise other things to you.
- You can ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the bottom of this page, or reply to any email from us, and say so.
- Every email we send carries a one click unsubscribe, and we honor it straight away. Unsubscribing stops the emails; it does not delete the record of a request you made.
