What this service is, what it costs, and the things it deliberately does not promise. Short, because there is not much to it.

What you are using

What we do
You tell us what technology your business needs. We line up three competing quotes from pre-vetted providers, priced against identical requirements, and bring them back to you.
What we are not
We do not sell you internet, phones, security, or IT support, and we do not install or support any of it. The provider you choose does that, under their own agreement with you.
Who you deal with
An advisor calls to understand what you need. The contract, the service, the invoice, and the support all come from the provider you choose, not from us.

What it costs, and how we get paid

What it costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to you at any point, whether you choose a provider or not.
How we are paid
If you choose a provider, that provider pays us a referral fee. The fee does not change the price you are quoted.
When we are paid nothing
If you keep what you have, or none of the quotes suit you, we earn nothing. That is a normal outcome and it is a fine one.

We state this on the site itself rather than in the small print, because a free service with an unexplained referral fee behind it is exactly the thing people are right to be suspicious of.

What we do not promise

  • No obligation. Asking for quotes commits you to nothing, and you can stop at any point.
  • Three business days is our target for getting quotes back, not a guarantee. Some take longer, and providers set their own pace.
  • We do not promise you will save money. What you get is a comparison priced against the same requirements, which is the thing that tells you whether your current number is fair.
  • Quotes are the provider quotes. Prices, terms, availability and service levels are theirs to set, honor, and change.
  • We check providers before they reach you, but we are not responsible for the service they deliver or the contract you sign with them.
  • The service is for commercial businesses in the United States. We do not quote homes.

What we ask of you

Give us real details
The quotes are only as good as what you tell us. Wrong information produces wrong numbers, and a phone number that is not yours wastes the time of whoever picks up.
Consent to be contacted
Submitting the form asks an advisor to call and email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or unsubscribing.
Keep medical information out of it
Do not send patient information or health records. We do not want them, we do not need them, and no field on this site asks for them.

Changes, and the parts a lawyer owns

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed, and using the site after that means the current version applies.

Two things are deliberately not stated here because they are not ours to draft: which state law governs an agreement made through this site, and how a dispute would be handled. Those are being reviewed. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
